Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance, emergencies, DDOS attacks, and issues caused by third parties or your own content/configuration.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you host on our servers. By using our services, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely to provide our services.

Our services may integrate with third-party providers (payment processors, domain registrars). We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or failures. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexahost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Flexahost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our users, business, or legal interests. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
